A month after he won the title of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash of 2010 Big Winner, James Reid admitted that he is still in shock and surprised with the warm support of his fans. He said that PBB has brought a lot of positive changes in the "silent" life he had before. "Obviously, the biggest change in my life is being famous, I am not used to that. Also, things with my family have been different now, me and my dad are okay now. Before, I just stay home. PBB has definitely improved my life. I am really enjoying it," James shared.
While he is enjoying his newfound life in showbiz, some of his fans are pairing him up with PBB Teen Clash 2010 runner-up Devon Seron. According to their supporters, they have seen the chemistry between the two inside the Big Brother house. What has James have to say about this? "I am really comfortable with Devon, all the way until the end of the show, we got along very well. We're like best friends," James revealed.
ABS-CBN.com was invited to the "Jaevon" (the monicker fans formed for their love team) meet and greet with fans last July 31 at the Lounge in Tomas Morato. Since the press observed how ecstatic their fans are, James and Devon were asked if they are the new "Kimerald" (Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson's popular love team name). "Nagpapasalamat po ako sa mga tao kasi sabi nila we have chemistry daw. Fun din kasi napapasaya namin yung ibang tao kahit papano. Speechless ako. I love Kimerald. I am a Kimerald fan,” Devon said.
James is also flattered with the thought of being compared to one of the famous love teams in showbiz industry. "Kim and Gerald is really a famous love team and it's great to be placed up there with them," James said. But while they are given the overwhelming attention, they admit that they are hoping to build their own identity in the future. "Of course gusto din naming may sarili kaming name. I am thankful of their support for us," Devon said.
Meanwhile, rumors say that James and Devon are cast for upcoming teleserye Imortal but both said they are not involved with the show. "I am not aware of any projects. I heard that we are in Imortal but it wasn't confirmed. There's no word. I am not sure if that is true," James stated.

im a big fan from Paris. i like Devon so much. she's not only pretty and talented but also a good daughter. though born poor she values love to her family. having a father as the only torn among the roses is the reason why devon is so sweet with her co-housemates. being a 4th runner up, i wish ABS-CBN will give her more priority to be paired with james, others than anybody who does not even belong to the big 6.
